If your "collapsible area" is partially shown in the teaser or shortened view, it just won't work for the teaser and will show the [collapsible whateveroptionsyoumayhave] instead, which is definitely not nice.
Not the collpsed text, nor the full text.

I am not quite sure this could be understood as a bug, since I believe this is intimately related to Drupal's core modules. But IMHO this issue should at least be mentioned in the documentation.

Hi,

Teasers can sometimes cut off closing collapse tags, making the section malformed. The new version I just created (6.x-2.0-beta1) should strip these out, making teasers look better.
