Issue Summary
It could be cool to have an explaination of the algorithm when we choose one.
Instant runof / Borda count is not really clear to me.

BTW, IVR is this in french: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vote_alternatif ... according to wikipedia at least.
