ePostcard Functionality Not Working

The ePostcard functionality seems to only be half working. When I visit "/epostcard", I get to a screen for which the top half appears to function as an e-postcard (e.g., title is "Send an e-postcard", has to and from fields), but the "You are going to be forwarding" and "Perosnal Message" email seem to be taken from the form one clicks when they forward a node. In addition, even if you fill out the personal message, in the actual received e-postcard, it reads, "Message from Sender: This is my personal message" (that's always what's posted).
