CCK fieldset rearrangement feature and HS taxonomy module

CCK has a feature that allows users to rearrange fields and fieldgroups on the node creation page. For example, I put some custom fields between "Title" and "Body" fields and put "Vocabularies" and "Menu settings" below the "Body" because I don't need them every time I create a node.

With HS enabled, expanded "Vocabularies" fieldset only appears on its default place above the "Body" field. Not sure about menus, because I don't use HS Menu submodule.

I suppose that's because taxonomy fieldset from the Drupal core is overridden by HS Taxonomy submodule, but I hope there is a way to make it understand CCK rearrangement settings.
