Views slideshow with grid layout.

Views slideshow installed with its dependencies.

Hello ,

I would like to create a view like http://drupalhub.org/videos using views slideshows.
I have a view of products showing up as example1, and I could not figure out how to make items appear like example2 as same as the web link shows us.

Dose anyone have an idea please?
