Validation requires 2 non-write-in choices

The validation for the creation/editing of an advpoll node requires that there be at least two non-write in choices. This means that I can't create a poll with one non-write-in choice and write-ins enabled. It also means I can't create a poll with zero non-write-ins and write-ins enabled.

Use case 1: Election for a position that has only one balloted candidate (write-ins permitted).
Use case 2: Election for a position that has zero balloted candidates (write-ins permitted).

I argue that if write-ins are enabled, validation on number of choices should be disabled.
