No Tab

I think for majority of sites "publish/unpublish" tab is disruptive and unnecessary. In my site I want to do that certain roles could post nodes without my verification (they could check/uncheck publish checkbox), and other roles should wait for verification. Most of the users after publishing their node, will never unpublish it, so that tab is unnecessary and what worse, can lead users to unpublish their nodes by accident.

I granted permissions that user can only (un)publish his own node, but somehow tab is visible on every node, however this wouldn't be an issue if that tab wouldn't exist, because user can only edit his own node, so he couldn't unpublish that he not created. Thanks.
