I deleted some newsletters from /admin/node and recieved the following message:

* Nyhedsbrevet Test danske æ,ø ,å og Æ Ø Å blev afsendt med succes
* Nyhedsbrevet Test danske æ,ø ,å og Æ Ø Å blev afsendt med succes
* Indhold slettet.

Translated the two first says that the newsletters were sent - so it was a bit of a shock and I feared that I had sent some old newsletters destined for deletion to my users. Thankfully, it was not the case, but I think the messages should not appear because they are wrong and scares the h*** out of admins ;)

I can't reproduce this. Something like 'The newsletter X was deleted' should appear. Maybe a translation error (check the po-file)? Try setting the language to English for a moment, and see what happens?
