img_assist with TinyMCE can't find index.php

Hi,

Using Drupal 4.7 Beta 1 and tinyMCE-cvs with img_assist-cvs, all installed correctly (I think) and working except the img_assist button (camera icon). I get this:

The requested URL /modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/themes/advanced/index.php was not found on this server.

If I look at that directory there is no index.php file. Also, there is no index.php file for that directory in the TinyMCE source (version 2.01).

What's missing?
