Hello there,

I've been diving into the (old) color module to create a "colorizable" version of my Artists Zen theme at http://cyrusmejia.com .
I just found out about this "Next Generation" color module, and would love to see in in action in your Zen based theme.

Eager to put all these pieces together, and create "plug and play" drupal website tempates for end consumers.

Any news on your status?

Hi Mani,

First of all, let me apologize for the very late response!

Color Module NG (http://drupal.org/project/color_soc08) is still under active development. Since I don't have the time to keep the theme up to date against the Color module, it would be unwise of me to make a release that I can't maintain.

But since skiquel (maintainer of Color module) just offered to help out in this matter (#445870: Commit access?), I will make an effort during May to put the pieces together, clean up some code (sort of messy right now) and make an initial commit.

I truly appreciate the interest that you and others have shown in this theme and i feel very motivated to attend to your needs.
