Multilingual site menu item translation problem?

Hi Everybody,

I want to create multilingual website with menu translation also.

I have created one menu item through primary links and give the path, description and menu name and selected the language 'en'.

Then after i have created another menu item through primary links and give the same path translated name and description and select the language 'nl' but when i go to see both menu items are appearing.

I have created the menu as described in screenshot both language menu i have attached.

But it will show two menu at a time.

So, Any body have solution for menu item translation for multilingual please help me.
