The ability to subscribe to an events calendar is working for Mac users using iCal but when trying to get it to work on Outlook for Windows, Outlook says the .ics file it downloads is corrupt.

To get the .ics file, I just am clicking on the small calendar icon at the bottom of my events list block. I downloads the file to the desktop and I try to import it into Outlook.

Can anything be done to make it work on Outlook?

What version of Outlook are you using? It looks like 2000 had problems with ICS files (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=823199).

OUtlook XP (2002) - and it still doesn't work..

Yeah, how do you get this to work? I get a blank page in IE, and a message from Firefox about it not supporting the 'webcal' format.

Sounds like there's an issue with the date format being used for repeating events - should be Gregorian instead of Lunar.

Does anyone have any further information on this? I am having the same problem with the .ics file generated from Events. It's a major show-stopper for me...
