support for per user album

Issue Summary

Hi

I didn't find it in features - so I have to ask:

Is in this module support for per user album? You know - each user has own album and all these albums are in "User albums" album. Noone except user can upload or create new subalbums in his/her user album.

Appears so. Very fustrating. Even an administrator cannot upload to any album not created by administrator.
