I have a template that I am using that I would just like to modify one thing. When I go to the blocks there is a "content" block. However this block is below where all the content actually goes. How can I modify this to be above where all the content is?

Afaik blocks placed in the content region always weight heavier than the actual content, the easy way is to just make a new region and place it above $content.
