Here is my saga.

memory: 800M

Upgraded from D5 to d6.
click on edit template for myEvent type
got this WSOD
When I went to items that did not have a template and tried to edit, I could.
I did have problems saving it

deleted/uninstalled contemplate 6.1 and tried 6.1.dev
1. same outcome
2. if there were no content templates but there were examples of the content types, then WSOD

Does contemplate load all content of that particular content type? I ask because it is WSOD only after a while of "waiting for localhost". There are no error written to the log so I am wondering if this is a memory error.

I tried to fiddle with the options on the admin page
set the recursion to 150 and 200 and even higher and lower

The dev version did not work.

I managed to get the 6.x.1.0 version to work.

I upgraded to Filefiled and updated it.

I had to go back and resave all the File fields in the content type. (REMEMBER TO DO THIS)

When I came back to contemplate, I was able to create a template

When I put my old code in, it is accepted.

When I click on edit however, it does not bring up the template page. Instead it brings up a malformed, themed page.

I can open that up in another
