Major changes:
- Using Last.fm Api 2.0
- new user, group, in-site feed types
- supporting flash block type
- supporting themes
- adding a service for services module, which allows remote applications to reach the module (for example: flash)
- new update mechanism

- services (with system service and the provided lastfmsimple_service)
- amfphp for the services
- profile for the Last.fm username and groupname field
