There's a small typo in _advpoll_electoral_list_access() which prevents anyone with UID > 1 from editing the electoral list, despite the permissions configuration applied.

Patch for current release attached. This bug is present in D6-dev version as well.

Heh ... Pls ignore the "present in the D6-dev version as well" comment - currently there is ONLY the D6-dev version, which is the one I patched :)
