I want to allow users to crop images attached to a node. This module states that it is integrated with the image module (which comes with image_attach), but when I go to attach an image, I never get the crop interface. Is that part of the image module not supported? I want to use image_attach because it comes with a block that I can use to display the image exactly where I want it rather than just in the node.

Image attach is just attaching the image to a node.
If you want to change the presets, go to the image node. There you can see the imagecrop link.
