update the events link in the footer to 'events' instead of http://groups.drupal.org/events

It looks like there is an actual events page that is starting to be built out at http://theming.dosprint.org/test-1/events. While that still needs to built out more (see: http://drupal.org/node/428176), we need to fix the events link in the footer to go there instead.
