Displaying results of fivestar fields

I can't seem to find the answer to this one, sorry if it has already been answered.

I have a "review" content type in which I have implemented fivestar cck fields. Users are able to rate certain aspects of a product. I want to display the average of all the ratings that have been made through this content type. So if one of the fivestar fields is "Overall Rating", I want to be able to display the average of all of the "Overall Ratings" on a page some where. I think I may be approaching this problem the wrong way. Ratemds.com is a good example of what I want (I saw the issue about ratemds.com, but it was hard to tell where that thread was going). They have doctors and display the average ratings that users have given for each doctor.
