I created a date CCK field:

  • Widget type: Select list
  • Custom input format: Y
  • Years back and forward: 2001:2009
  • Number of values: 1

I use this field in Views as Exposed Filter.

What I want

Users shall select years, to filter the table generated by Views ("any of").
Users shall be able to select several years at a time ("OR").
Default behaviour should be: no selected years ; show all table entries.

It should look like the Exposed Filter of Content Taxonomy Fields.

My problem

At the moment I only managed to get a form, where I can't select multiple values by "STRG + left click".
And: at default there are no table entries shown; the user has to choose a year (or a range of years, ...) to get results.
