The thread regards a strange file found in:

/sites/default/files/languages/es_7181b32769cef47c0c257047330137a9.js

It is language related, and it often causes watchdog errors.
Does anyone know what the following js file actually does?

This is not i18n module, and anyway.. #338630: Locale is unable to rebuild lost Javascript translation files
