1.5 years later and I'm wondering the same thing. Any chance of an answer? :)

More lightweight?

Anyway, flag_abuse is 3 years younger than this one. The question should be in its queue.

You forget "Abuse" that is the far most popular, while Flag Content has the poorest download stats and is downtrend too, while Flag Abuse seem new and is running in on "Abuse" with new features like Flag and Views integration. Then "Abuse" is working on 2.x-dev with new features, so might come together with Flag Abuse considering the features list.

Hello folks... All users have to go through this to make their mind up for every subclass of modules that have many overlaps. Not that productive to have too spend a lot of time guessing about what similar module would be the best. But for developers there must be something like synergy and more work-power too, if being able to work together in a team...?

P.S.: How do you define lightweight for your module? Just lesser KB's, or is it much faster as well with lesser server resources for doing exactly the same job? Actually I'm not interested about the amount of KB's, but I do care about the other factors, like features and then speed thereafter low resources.
