Issue Summary
It would be nice to provide support for deploying workflows. Creating this ticket for interested parties to collaborate.

Also very interested. I don't know how much I can collaborate, but I will be downloading and reviewing how deploy works with other modules to see what we can do.

We already have a kind of workflow for handling deployments. We both have the queue with deployment plans and the theoretical possibility to add nodes to deployment plans with Views Bulk Operations.
