Modules to manage "forum tasks"

Hello:
Well, I'm new to drupal, but I have worked on Joomla and oscommerce projects.
I try to create a website where users, after registering, can enter their questions, and then going to follow them, and the trustee may make an appropriate response, more or less as a forum but a basis of "tickets" ("a task forum to control the task).

Well, I do not know if I explained well ...
What I need is someone who has done something similar I can specify a list of specific modules to do this.

its helps a great deal if you tag your thread with the version of drupal in use or at the very least mention which version of drupal is installed. Pointless to guide you to modules for Drupal 6.x if you are using Drupal 5.x

Drupal 6.x,
I would like a list modules to create a "tickets task forum".
It is very difficult to found a correct module, in modules drupal.

Actually, http://drupal.org/project/faq_ask may be more along the lines of what you want.

Module to forum with status

I really need a module that integrates with a forum and containing different status: "Open", "Pending", "Progreso", "Closed", "Reopened" etc ...

sounds like you want the project and project issue module are originally proposed. As far as I know there is no method to mark forum threads in a such a way, only issues.
