Error in setting Report Criteria

Report Criteria settings page is entering infinite loop. It never completes.

Tried to create a report following these steps
1)Click "create content"
2) click "Webform report"
3) Entered description and title then push save button
4) Here comes the "Report Criteria" page. Chose a webform
5) Chose a key field "user"
6) Chose "Time" from "include components" and push update
7) push publish button

Then again here comes the "Report Criteria" page asking "select a webform" from the beginning!
In the content page of admin menu at /admin/content/node , I see that the webform report node is available in the list. When I click on the title, again it goes to "report criteria" page at node/20/add/webform_report/criteria asking "select a webform" from the beginning!
