Deleting users who have never logged in after a certain period of time

I was looking for a way to delete users who have never logged in, and found this module. It seemed like it should do the trick, but perhaps I'm not understanding how to use it.

I have several users who have created accounts, but have never logged in. Those are the users I wish to delete. However, the options in inactive_user only allow me to select users who have not logged in after a certain period of time. Let's say I choose 3 months. This will delete all users who have not logged in in 3 months. But, that's not what I want to do. What I want to do is delete only users who have never logged in. This setting would delete the users who have never logged in (for the past 3 months) sure, but it will also delete the users who last logged in over 3 months ago. I don't want to delete users who have logged in at all -- just those who have never logged in.

Is there a way to address this with this module?
