Drupal.org does not support the official language of the Philippines which is "Filipino" in the "Languages spoken" list at My account > Personal Information...so please add "Filipino".

If it matters, there's a translation project at http://drupal.org/project/fil and there's an issue regarding adding the language to Drupal at #385296: Standardize the language selector for the Philippine language.. Also Google (eg. http://translate.google.com), Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/translations) , Ubuntu (https://translations.launchpad.net/~loco-philippine-team), Moodle (http://download.moodle.org/lang16/) etc. started supporting the correct language "Filipino".
