Can some releases be listed as neither supported nor supported but still in the table?

For example, on drupal.org, maybe ALPHA and UNSTABLE tags should never be indicated as "supported" or "recommended" if they are supposed to be what the tag indicates?

Would this be a pjoect module change or a drupalorg module change?
