update failed:::site-out-of-services after update to rc9

site-out-of-services after update to rc9
the update.php show that my update is fine and there is no error
but i can't move forward to any page of my website unless update.php
finally , i have to remove the folder of this module "filebrowser rc9"

it seems that it's not because of my website , because at the same time , i update the other three modules vistors,ecommerce,views_calc too
