G2's 'page by initial' should return an entry count by default

It would by nice if the "entries by initial" page at <drupal>g2/initial/<initial> started by displaying how many matching entries there are, as well as how many there are in the whole glossary.

This should probably not take into account the yet unpublished entries, unless user is an admin.
