Untested bugfix: removed Drupal warning message when message is blocked.

Modified schema in install file so it should now install in a MySQL database
Minor change. Just renamed category and name in info file to reflect changes in other versions.
I've so far got the log view and the config form displaying, but I have yet to test it.
BUGFIX: E-mails with a body Array were not being handled and "Array" was being displayed for the body of the rerouted E-mail.
* Fixed permission typo which prevented users from access the admin section * Removed warning message which would appear when submitting admin section form with no mailkey rules defined.
