The weblinks_build_link code is only used in the block module now, so it needs to be moved.

The url/node/redirect setting needs to be just "Enable click counting" since the "url" and "node" parts are no longer used.

Hi Nancy, I see, but in the related block I do not see the setting, now the related url's go to the outside-link. This is sometimes not wanted, than I want the related url go to the node-url within the site, like the settings showd.
Is it possible on block level to keep the flexibility with this?

I don't remember why I made that choice, but it was conscious at the time. However, that is a separate setting from the one mentioned here, so please open it as a new issue.
