Just updated to 5.x-1.14 and Drupal 5.17. I don't know if the two aren't interacting with each other well, but when I'm not logged in I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function t() in /************/sites/all/modules/fivestar/fivestar.module on line 1435
