conditional field is not working on content profile user registration page.

I am using content profile and asking user to fill all fields during account creation. I have noticed that conditional fields are not working (hiding/showing) infact its always visible but when I go to "create content" >"Profile", it works fine. i think we need to tweak something on user registration page but I have no idea What? may be anyone can help me out.
