Hi. This is a nice module. I'm evaluating some trouble ticket / help desk modules for drupal and I like this one better than the drupal site uses, mostly because I'm searching for simplicity for users.

A issue being a node is the right path to take on this, since by doing so we can use taxonomy and all other node contributions.

I've installed along fivestar module rating, and just by doing this users can now rate issues. But my aim is to get users to only rate issues that are closed, and better yet, an option to only vote on their own content, so they can rate the helpdesk department responses/resolutions.
