Sender information per newsletter

Hi everyone!

I saw that this feature is listed in cvs(4.7) of this module:

* added permission: 'subscribe to newsletters'
* sender information per newsletter + 1 general address for confirmation e-mails
...

So i guess it wouldnt be to hard for someone to make a patch for v4.6, so it is possible to have sender information per newsletter in version 4.6 also ?
