i think i did it testiing drupal just to see what is this. since then i am not able to login any more

Check your permissions. They need to be read-accessable by the apache user, usually meaning 644 or rw-r--r--. If you're not sure what I'm talking about then post more about who you're hosting with here.

Yes, i think i have disable it for admin, but now it doesn't matter, i just reinstall whole site to solve the problem...

yoursite.com/user/login would have worked or yoursite.com/?q=user/login
