Here is what I get when I try to bulk generate the taxonomy URL aliases (on 'admin/build/path/pathauto'):
"warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/sites/dev/sites/all/modules/hierarchical_select/modules/hs_taxonomy.module on line 536."
This is with the latest DEV version.

This is on a vanilla Drupal installation with only HS + Pathauto? Hundreds of people are using HS with Pathauto without problems, including myself.

Hi, yes, vanilla install of latest Drupal with HS + Pathauto and some other modules. But if you say you have no sort of problems there is a problem with the "some other modules" then :). I'll leave it postponed for now until I get some more info about this.
