I have webform enabled and in settings I have all the components enabled, however when I go to create content-webform, i do not see options to add components to create the form... There should be a components block for me to chose what type of components I want to create form.. anyone else have a similar ssue.. also how do you overcome this issue?

I am facing the same issue - can't access the components of the form that was working just fine 2 months ago. I don't remember making any changes that should affect this behavior. How did you resolve the issue?

My theme seems to have a problem and temporarily moving to "Garland" theme works for me. Also, using the link "node/[nid]/edit/components" works as well. Here is a link to a related issue and the discussion:
