can be translated related to the taxonomy module or is it just my idea?i've tried even clearing cache reseting wamp server :D . . . running cron but still i dont get
a translation of my term although i dont have this term untrasnlated as local. module shows :(

You need to have i18n module installed. L10n_client is just used by i18n module as an alternate translation interface.

can u please describe the procedure after installing the i18n module in order to have translated the vocab. and the terms.?
