Not showing average on teaser

I have just upgraded from 1.14 -> 1.15 for the security issue. Now I am not seeing the average on bottom of the teasers. I have the teaser display ser to "Static Display below teaser". It is displaying the static widget, but it is not showing any votes or stars. If I go the full node, I have the "Clickable widget below teaser" which works fine. Also the ratings displaying in the views I use work fine also. I tried it with multiple themes and it reacted the same way. One of which is the D5 default theme.

I also tested the teaser with the "Clickable widget below teaser" and that seamed to work fine.
