I am trying to get this work.

If i choose city, city appears in my exposed filter for a second and then disappears. Then I do not see it in my exposed filters.

If I choose, zip and country or just zip appear for a brief second then I don't see either in my exposed filters either.

i do see the field to enter in the number of miles though.

it is not my theme because it does the same thing in other themes too.

I'm having this same issue, but only if I use an attachment that inherits the filters from the attached page/block. The exposed filters aren't on the attachment as intended, but the zip code on the exposed filter of the attached page is getting a "display:none" style declaration.
