Hello!

I am looking for a module that allows you to buy and sell nodes between users. Say a node named X has a value of $50 and is owned my Mr X. Then a user with $50 would be able to purchase this node from Mr X. Once the purchase is done the ownership would be transferred to the buying user.

I guess there is no such module at the moment but I thought I'd give it a try anyway. Anyone know of anything like it?

Just an idea... you can try a combination of Node Ownership and Ubercart.
