The text of email-notifications should be configurable.
The following patch adds a new setting to admin/content/publicbookings/settings - which allows to configure the text of email confirmations. Already committed to the CVS, will be available in the next dev or with this patch against ALPHA4.
Please call update.php after installing it.
Setting this to fixed - feel free to reopen if problems occur with this patch.
