Tiny cleanup

Could you please move the graphviz_filter module into the packages 'Filters' in the .info file.

This would mean it would match the following projects:
* http://drupal.org/project/geshifilter
* http://drupal.org/project/tableofcontents

Either that or convince both of those projects that 'Input filters' is more appropriate package.
