I have been using demo module for a while in my development site. The default block permission makes me annoying, its wide open for all. I wonder what an anonymous user has got to do with site reset block.
Here a quick patch which makes the site reset block accessible only for users with permission "administer demo settings".

Marking as duplicate of #294879: Split module into admin include and demo_reset module. You can follow up on that issue to track its status instead. If any information from this issue is missing in the other issue, please make sure you provide it over there.
