Roles w/o profileplus permission still see "User Profiles" tab on the search results screen. But when they click it, they get "search yielded no results." (Users tab works in these cases and shows usernames).

Would rather not clutter the form w/a tab they can't use. Is there a way to remove it just for roles w/o permission?

I have the same issue and I think it is actually more of a bug than a request for a new feature. After all, roles without permission to search user profiles should not even see the tab in the first instance. Furthermore, I can confirm that this issue also affects D5, so it would be great if it could be addressed for both versions.

Is there a patch for this that can be applied to 6.x.-2.x-dev to hide the "Users Profile" tab for users without the necessary permissions?
