The audio module has a DRUPAL-4-6 branch in CVS, but it doesn't show up in the list of 4.6 modules. When you try to submit an issue, 4.6 doesn't show up as a version option there either.

nedjoThe project module only creates a release if a file is present in the files/projects/ directory. It looks at first glance like this issue might be coming from the scripts on the CVS server rather than project module.
