When an admin (CLIENT!) visits the administration page they see this:

Upon visiting the status report:
Project Issue to link filter Some module conflicts were detected.
Project Issue to link filter should not be enabled when a node access control is also in use. Users may be able to see cached titles of project issues they would otherwise not have access to. You should disable this filter in Full HTML input format.
Project Issue to link filter Some security conflicts were detected.
Project Issue to link filter conflicts with project issue access settings. Users who do not have access to all project issues may be able to see titles of project issues. You should disable this filter in Filtered HTML input format.

There is no conflict (the messages are wrong). Yes I have a node access module, but it is to prevent anonymous users seeing ANY issue - since your module doesn't provide this feature. (#450358: Hide releases from anonymous)
Even if you want to make this warning a part of the module - do you have to put in a permanent place where it will tell any webmaster in bright red letters that uses the site that I have somehow added "problems"?
I don't think you should even attempt to judge my intentions with my setup, unless you really want to check every link in every issue against every user to make sure there is a conflict.
I am so tired of people building software that criticises me as a developer. The w3c validator, PHP unit tests, and now this...
